So, I'm on vacation for a couple of days and me being me, instead of relaxing, I'm trying to do all those things I've put off doing until I had some "free time"...which of course means that I'm multi-tasking @_@ Combine that with this itch I've been having to draw something for a while now....well, you get the idea

After about 2.5 hours of frustration and numerous starts, I finally settled on a pic I liked - Aki the bassist for the J-Rock band SID. He's a total goofball, but so adorable, you just can't help liking him. And he's kind of kawaii, too, ne??

So, with just me, my pencils and that little bit of inspiration - TA-DA, I've sketched something which isn't my best effort for sure - but I kind of like it - hehe

BTW - his eyes were a bitch to draw! He had lenses in - one which was this pale, pale blue so you could hardly see the iris - and then they had a band of blue shadow across his eyes which looked cool in the pic I had for reference, but again, a pain to draw in a pencil sketch. His hair was fun though - hehe
